3. 1. **Organizer**
      This lucky draw is organized by CHIME — Canadian Hongkonger Incorporated for Motion-picture and Entertainment (“CHIME”).

4. 2. **Promotion Period**
      The lucky draw is open to eligible entries submitted with a valid paid Cineplex ticket stub / ticket proof for *We’re Nothing At All* dated June 26, June 27, or June 28, 2026 only.
      Registration must be completed through https://hkmovie.ca/WANA by **11:59 PM ET on June 30, 2026**.

5. 3. **Eligibility**
      This lucky draw is open to residents of Canada. Employees, contractors, representatives, agents, and immediate family members of CHIME are not eligible to participate. CHIME reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time.

6. 4. **How to Enter**
      Participants must complete the online registration form at https://hkmovie.ca/WANA and upload or provide proof of a valid paid Cineplex ticket stub / ticket confirmation for *We’re Nothing At All* dated June 26, June 27, or June 28, 2026.

7.    Giveaway tickets, complimentary tickets, free tickets, media tickets, promotional tickets, contest tickets, passes, or any ticket not purchased through an official Cineplex sales channel are not valid for entry.

8.    Unlimited entries are allowed, provided that each entry is supported by a separate valid paid ticket proof. Duplicate submissions using the same ticket proof may be disqualified.

9. 5. **Bonus Entry — YouTube Subscription**
      Participants who subscribe to CHIME’s YouTube Channel may receive one additional entry.

10.    If a selected winner claimed the YouTube subscription bonus entry, CHIME reserves the right to verify the subscription before confirming the prize. The selected winner may be asked to provide proof of subscription. If CHIME cannot verify the subscription, or if the participant only subscribes after the winner announcement, the prize may be forfeited and CHIME may select another winner.

11. 6. **Prizes**
       The available prizes are:

12.    **First Prize:**
       6 winners — One *We’re Nothing At All* T-shirt. Available sizes: 3 Large and 3 Medium.

13.    T-shirt sizes will be distributed according to winners’ responses on a first-come, first-served basis. Size preference is not guaranteed.

14.    **Second Prize:**
       6 winners — One Canadian version *We’re Nothing At All* movie poster, 12 x 18 inches.

15.    Prizes have no cash value, are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items. CHIME reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a listed prize becomes unavailable.

16. 7. **Prize Limit**
       Participants may submit unlimited entries. However, each person may win only one prize in this weekly lucky draw.

17. 8. **Winner Selection and Announcement**
       Winners will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries. Winners will be announced on CHIME’s Facebook and Instagram on or around **July 1, 2026**, and will also be notified by email.

18. 9. **Winner Confirmation**
       Before being confirmed as a winner, each selected entrant may be required to correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question without assistance.

19.    Winners must respond to CHIME’s notification email within 48 hours. If a selected entrant cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required time, fails to provide required verification, fails to correctly answer the skill-testing question, or is otherwise found to be ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and CHIME may select another winner.

20. 10. **Prize Collection**
        Winners may collect their prize in person at CHIME’s Markham office by appointment.

21. If a winner is unable to collect the prize in person, the winner may request shipping. The winner is responsible for all packing and shipping costs. CHIME will not be responsible for any loss, damage, delay, or failed delivery once the prize has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

22. 11. **Verification and Disqualification**
        CHIME reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, duplicated, fraudulent, altered, submitted with invalid ticket proof, submitted with an ineligible ticket type, or otherwise does not comply with these Terms & Conditions. CHIME’s decisions regarding eligibility, verification, winner selection, and prize fulfillment are final.

23. 12. **Publicity**
        By entering this lucky draw, participants agree that CHIME may announce winners’ names and/or social media handles on CHIME’s Facebook, Instagram, website, email newsletter, or other promotional channels without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

24. 13. **Personal Information**
        Personal information collected for this lucky draw will be used for the purpose of administering the draw, verifying entries, contacting winners, and fulfilling prizes. By entering, participants consent to CHIME’s collection and use of their submitted information for these purposes.

25. 14. **Platform Disclaimer**
        This lucky draw is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Cineplex, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, or Google. Participants release these platforms and companies from any responsibility related to this lucky draw.

26. 15. **General Conditions**
        CHIME reserves the right to cancel, suspend, extend, or modify this lucky draw if fraud, technical issues, human error, or any other factor affects the proper administration of the draw. The lucky draw is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
