Synopsis

A financial consultant Hay Man (Gigi LEUNG) fails her growing business due to misplaced trust in friends, forcing her to quit Deep Water Bay home to Sham Shui Po with her cousin’s family. Her old friend Yui Chi is organizing a "U12 5v5 Football League". Hei Man promises to help make this league a success. She learns that her little cousin, Chi Ying, who loves football, and several kids - OK (Rondi CHAN), Alan, Fat B, and Rai (Sahal ZAMAN) - have formed a football team. Overnight, kind-hearted netizens flooded the team with encouraging messages, and the team gained popularity online. The league's opening match with Chi Ying’s "Bright Hope" against experienced "Rising Sun". Under the training from a former disabled football player Siu Ho (CHAN Charm Man), Chi Ying firmly believes she can lead her teammates to victory. Finally, the team loses badly. Despite this results, Hei Man encourages them not to give up. In lack of football knowledge, Hei Man can only train the kids physical fitness and teamwork. Unbeknownst to her, she forms a genuine bond with the children. In their next match, they miraculously draw with their opponents. Hei Man and the kids celebrate as if they have won. However in the final match, Chi Ying has to face "Rising Sun" again… Looking at both teams fight hard on the green field, displaying the happiest smiles, Hei Man decides that she will use her second half to rewrite the first half for more children in need of help and courage!

故事簡介

希文(梁詠琪 飾)成為理財顧問後很快便賺取了第一桶金。她後來創業卻因誤信朋友而導致生意失敗，落難由深水灣的獨立屋搬進深水埗，與比她年輕十年的表舅父一家同住。但希文沒有意志消沉…舊友睿智是名富二代，正籌組一隊「U12五人足球聯賽」，睿智為求向父親證明自己，正苦惱如何令聯賽獲得大眾關注，希文借機承諾幫忙將聯賽辦得有聲有色。希文得知熱愛踢足球的表妹芷瑩和幾位基層小朋友OK仔(陳諾霆 飾)、阿倫、肥B和 南亞族裔的Rai (林諾 飾)一起組成足球隊，並找來因交通意外導致傷殘的前著名足球員肇豪(陳湛文 飾)來執教球隊。一夜間，充滿善心的網民無不向球隊留下鼓勵的留言，球隊在網上火紅起來。聯賽揭幕戰一觸即發，芷瑩領軍的「光希隊」對戰冠軍大熱的「旭日隊」。光希隊始終不敵經過系統性訓練的旭日隊，最終輸得一敗塗地⋯希文鼓勵小孩們不要放棄，更硬著頭皮親自執教。希文不諳足球，只能訓練小孩的體能及默契，不知不覺間，她跟小孩們建立了一分真摯的感情。決賽的終極一戰，兩隊球隊在綠茵場上拼命而戰綻放著最愉快的笑容，而希文也決定，她將要用她的下半場，去改寫更多需要幫助的小孩們的上半場！
